How To Get Rid Of Bad Breath


Here are some simple tips and ideas about: how to get rid of bad breath.

Use dental floss against Bad Breath:

Clean gaps and spaces between the teeth. Especially smaller food particles can get lodged in the tiny gaps between your teeth. Use common dental floss - or toothpicks, which you can get at any drugstore. Tip: You can block a little toothpaste on the silk thread so that the toothpaste blocks the reproduction of bacteria. Leave the toothpaste in your mouth as long as can. At the end, rinse the mouth thoroughly with lukewarm water. In acute bad breath I recommend a daily treatment - but at least every 2 to 3 days!

Clean your tongue from deposits: Residues forming on the tongue over time (especially in smokers), can cause bad breath. You can use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue. Tip: Alternatively, you can also use the cover of an old roll-on deodorant, or sprays. Inspect the tongue after each optical scraping in the mirror and rinse with clear water. The mirror allows you to see how many residues are left on your tongue that can cause bad breath.

Liquid against bad breath: Sometimes, a dry mouth can be the cause of bad breath. If there is not enough saliva present, dead cells can not be fully "removed". Therefore, bad breath in the morning is often attributed to the fact that you slept with open mouth, which could dry out the mouth. Regularly chew sugarless gum (or candy) in order to have enough moisture in the mouth.
